With company knowledge, your input into specific issues and a technical survey we are then able to plan what’s best for your business.

This will involve our most experienced engineers considering all of the information in front of them before devising an appropriate way forward.

It’s important that any solutions we implement work not only from a technical perspective but also with your staff and customers in mind too. Therefore, this stage is managed by a dedicated project manager, taking input from both sales and technical employees to ensure your IT strategy meets both of these requirements. 

That’s right the IT work only starts at stage four! With all of the preparation done, we can get to work implementing your IT solution.

We’ll be careful to ensure that this implementation causes minimal disruption and like to aim for as little downtime for your law firm as possible.

Where feasible, work is scheduled outside of your office working hours, so your customers don’t get inconvenienced, keeping the overall impact and any subsequent knock-on costs of any changes to an absolute minimum. 

With your IT solution in place, we don’t stop. We continue to work with your legal firm to ensure you have the IT provisions your business requires over the long term.

All of our legal clients have a dedicated account manager that will monitor the health of your network and devices to ensure any hardware is replaced before it becomes a strain on your business.

We’ll work with you to schedule future work at the optimal time taking into consideration lost efficiencies, costs and time, as well as other contextual factors specific to your business.
