This will involve a dedicated project manager that will bring together a senior engineer and a member of the business development team to scope out a course of action.

At stage four we’re ready to start the technical IT work.

The detailed preparation prior to this stage is critical to ensuring that the implementation runs smoothly, on time and on budget.

We design our implementation to run outside of your standard working hours to keep disruptions to an absolute minimum and where possible always aim to provide new IT services without significant downtime.

Our job is to make your lives easier, so we don’t want this stage getting in the way of business as usual.

The journey doesn’t end with your new IT solution in place.

Technology is always evolving and so it’s only proper that we keep monitoring and reviewing the provisions we provide to ensure they remain up-to-date and most suitable for your business over the long-term.

All of our financial clients have a dedicated account manager that will ensure your account is looked after and the technology within your company is managed as it should be.

We’ll make recommendations on when hardware needs to be replaced, with plenty of prior warning so you can budget accordingly.

Working together we’ll monitor the long-term roadmap, which adds future steps as required to help ensure you’re always on the right path to achieving your goals.
