Azure is Microsoft’s cloud platform, and at its simplest it lets you run servers without owning any hardware. What is Azure?
A server is a computer with a processor, memory and storage, and traditionally it sits in a cupboard in your office. Azure is that same server in the cloud, called a virtual machine, that you size to the task in front of you. A machine running a heavy financial model can be given serious processing power, while one handling a small job can be kept compact and low cost.
Applications like a CRM need a server to run on and somewhere to store their data, and Azure provides both. The processing, the application and the storage can each sit on Azure and feed into one another to make the software work, without a physical machine anywhere on your premises.

If the worst happens, a replica of your infrastructure in a separate Azure region takes over automatically and keeps you running. We keep that copy fully detached from your premises, so it stays clear of anything that goes wrong on site.

Isolated test environments
When you want to try a new operating system, CRM or business system, we build a separate environment to test it in properly, with no staff access and no live data exposed, so you can be sure it works before rolling it out for real.

Cloud storage
Store terabytes of files and data in Azure, ready whenever you need them, without a large storage server to buy and house on your premises. You add space as you go and pay for what you hold, rather than buying capacity up front.
Managing your Azure environment
Once it’s built, we keep the environment running, secure and accountable. We monitor it continuously, manage access through Entra ID and patch it inside a maintenance window you approve. Security baselines are checked against Microsoft’s recommended configuration, and budget alerts and consumption reviews keep your spend visible. Whether you have your own IT team or none at all, we scope the ongoing management to suit.
