Our 4-stage approach to mobile device management

• 1. Requirements assessment

  We start by understanding your current setup and security requirements, including how many devices need managing, what types they are, whether they’re company supplied or personal, what security standards you must meet for compliance purposes and which systems and data need protecting. This assessment shapes how we configure MDM for your business.

• 2. Platform configuration

  Using Microsoft Intune, we set up your MDM platform with policies that match your requirements. We configure security controls, compliance rules and application management based on your actual needs rather than generic settings. Our baseline security policies are applied as standard, with adjustments made where your business requires specific configurations.

  If you use Microsoft 365 Business Premium, this uses your existing licences. For other businesses we recommend the appropriate licensing that delivers the protection you need.

• 3. Device enrolment

  Your laptops, phones and tablets get enrolled into the management system. Company devices are configured before deployment where possible and existing devices enrolled remotely without disrupting daily work. Once enrolled, devices immediately benefit from your security policies and compliance monitoring without users needing to change how they work.

• 4. Monitoring and management

  From here, we monitor your MDM platform continuously. Compliance checks run automatically, security policies stay enforced and alerts get actioned promptly. When new devices need adding or employees leave, we handle the administration so your device fleet stays secure without ongoing management work falling on your team.
